The deal
MX$50,000 off the list price if you reserve from November 1 through November 30, 2026 (ends at 11:59 pm, Mexico City time). One discount per lot. Valid for cash and for the direct payment plan. I'll give you the terms in writing before you reserve.

The saving is the sum of the two deals, MX$100,000: there is no extra discount for buying both.

About the deposit
If you decide to reserve, the deposit counts toward the price. Before you pay, I'll give you in writing the amount, which developer account it goes to, what rights it gives you, and how and by when you can ask for a refund with no penalty. You get a receipt. You don't pay anything on this site.
Before you reserve, ask me on WhatsApp for CAM Grupo's documents: the deed and any liens, licenses and permits, the contract registered with PROFECO, payment plans with their totals, closing and cancellation terms, and the consumer bill of rights.
