I work on my own, as an independent agent, under my own brand. I'm not part of any network or franchise.

I sell all around Banderas Bay. I publish everything I have for sale with its price and the date of that price, so you can compare without guessing.

A price with a date: Every price I send you carries the date of its list. If it isn't confirmed, I'll tell you.
Deals with an end date: If there's a deal, I'll tell you exactly how much you save and the day it ends.

You pay the developer: I never ask you to send money to an account of mine. Payments follow the contract.

If you like it, we book a tour at the development or by video call.
