You review the contract before paying
You sign the purchase with CAM Grupo, the developer. Ask for the contract and the documents and review them at your own pace, with your lawyer if you like.
You pay the developer directly
Payments go to the CAM Grupo account named in the contract. Never to an account of mine, never by message.
Deed before a notary
You sign the deed on the date your contract sets. Closing costs are not included in the price.
About the deposit
If you decide to reserve, the deposit counts toward the price. Before you pay, I'll give you in writing the amount, which developer account it goes to, what rights it gives you, and how and by when you can ask for a refund with no penalty. You get a receipt. You don't pay anything on this site.
